Office manager is a liar. Tried to say my wife was 25 minutes late when I have a literal picture of her arriving there 11 minutes late. Pic is available if anybody in the office actually cares but I'm sure they dont. 11 minutes late and they just couldn't possibly see her. I've sat there over 30 minutes past appointment time waiting on them, but wife is 11 minutes late and it's just impossible to work around.
