If you have naturally curly, thick, Type 4 hair, I would not recommend Jade. My healthy hair is usually blow-dried straight on low heat without issue every two weeks in another state, but my experience here was disappointing. The shampoo wash was undesirable. My hair was left to air dry for over 20 minutes during the apppointment causing tangled dried curls and frizz. She also wanted to further detangle my dried curls, which I declined to avoid damage. I left unsatisfied.

Tara is my loctician and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I won't trust anyone else with my locs. I stalked her for a while on Instagram admiring her work and I finally made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. Blessed hands and such a beautiful person inside and out. ♥️

This review is regarding Tara. Today she canceled my son's appt.1.5 hrs before his appt., she didn't cancel the appt. on the styling app causing him to still be charged. Then when we called her, she didn't answer, but finally responded showing the payment will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. If my son would've canceled that late, he would've still been charged.
