The worst company I've ever rented from. Did not let us put furniture in our own backyard. Spied on us from an adjacent unit. Even worse, someone was shot and killed on the street we lived on. In response to this, we put a lock on the gate to our backyard. After explaining to Savvy why we put locks on our backyard, they threatened to charge us and take further action should we not remove the locks. Do your future self a favor and avoid at all costs.
Excellent service and staff. The leasing consultants are very polite, professional, and timely with responses.
Found Savvy properties while looking for an apartment for my daughter who will be attending school in the area. Out of all the place we looked at they were the most professional & organized. They gave us detail information about the leasing, move in and move out process. They also gave us so much information about the area. We are excited about the move and know that we picked a great place for her to live!
Be careful when you rent a house from Savvy! Not only did they treat us differently than they treated the tenants from the last two years, their management seems disorganized. They messed up our paperwork multiple times: -They added / deleted the wrong people to / from the lease. -They asked me to send in forms that I sent over a month ago. -In their lease, they state you can't sublet your room for more than 3 months, but they allowed 3 of our housemates to sublet their room for 9 months (another arbitrary time they're treat... read more
Savvy personally gave my husband and I a very satisfying tenant experience and so attentive with any of our concerns. They actually understood any of our concerns and overall gave us a valuable and satisfying renter’s experience. The staff was very quick and simple to get into contact with.
