One person staff, long waiting, minimal communication... Uncomfortable setup and I was left alone for 30 minutes with the staff's 3 year old. I wont be back... There should always be at LEAST two workers! I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes.. In silence. . And they charge you $10 on top of the $30 manicure to remove the shellac!! No more. Thank you!
Ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone so how am I supposed to schedule an appointment? What a joke. Who runs a business like that? Ghetto. Won't be taking my business here...
Linh (Lynn) is a perfectionist. I stopped having my nails done five years ago to save money upon retirement, I decided to have acrylics done again because of various social occasions this summer. I couldn't remember the name of Lynn's salon so I went to others seeking service, I did not get the full treatment that she gives. Under my nails, new growth, is important to me to be kept in check. I got a Groupon deal for this place and now love it. The staff was so friendly and they really do a great job. Hot stones on the feet and hot wax on the hands even. Never had that before.
