So frustrated with my experience or lack there of here. I scheduled an appointment for 1pm, I showed up 5 minutes early so I expected a bit of a wait. After about 10 minutes they had me sit in the pedicure chair, I thought maybe they would put me to soak my feet while a tech finished and moved in to me but they didn’t. This was my first time here and will be my last time coming here. They were nice enough but the nail techs I had were not properly trained. I had a mani and pedi with one tech working on my toes while another worked on my hands. I asked for a buff and shine, no polish, which is a pretty basic task. The woman working on my toes looked confused and the man working on my hands had to explain what a buff and shine was. Staff was so kind! Very welcoming and helpful. Went with my sister and brother and got pedicures, manicures and an acrylic set. They all came out so cute and will 100% be coming back.
I’ve been here a couple times and the service has always been OK. However, last time, it was legit the worst manicure I’ve ever had. It was a fill and I was neverrrr asked what shape I wanted. So I told her. And yet she continued the manicure with zero shaping or filing at all. She skipped a few of the usual steps in fills, making it super round in the middle since she didn’t properly file down the acrylic, etc. It happens but I just hoped she would fix it at the end.
