I signed up with Fizber to sell my house with a recommendation from someone who had used them. My experience with Fizber was they took my money, referred me to a local broker SAVVY LANE- who then posted my listing on the wrong MLS, took 6 days to post my listing even though the paperwork was returned within the same day and the contract stated it would be on the MLS the same day, sent me numerous emails trying to bully me into raising my buyer commission, they edited the verbiage in my listing without my authorization and wh... read more
It's been 3 week's since I've purchased the listing through savvy lane and my home is only listed on two websites. After numerous calls and promises the issues haven't been resolved. Still haven't received a for sale sign as promised. Hands down the worst customer service I've experienced with a company as nothing can be achieved. Spent $500 and was treated like trash. Avoid this company at all cost
Customer service response time exceeding slow. Turnaround time to update listing at times drags beyond 24 hours. Negatively impact selling process.
