Terrible Customer Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sleepers in Seattle / Savvy Home that I feel obligated to share. BUYER BEWARE! You will regret it, please save yourself the unnecessary migraine and do not purchase anything from this phony furniture company. It’s been 15 months since I paid $1500 for my leather chair which still hasn’t been delivered. I have heard every excuse from the staff, wrong chair was made, trying to sale you a different product, and the worse trying to give you an low quality defective item. We ordered a coffee table online and it was advertised as part of their quick ship stock that would be delivered in approximately 4 weeks. After paying our order was confirmed but no communication has come from them and it’s been 6 weeks. After 2 weeks I emailed to check status and received an auto reply that they would get back to me. Buyer beware! Save yourself a migraine headache and don’t order from this furniture company. It’s been 6 months since I paid $2500 for my sofa which still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve heard every excuse in the book including the manager Beatrice’s account of what a bad week she’s had. They refuse to refund my money and actually now state that they will have to deduct the shipping charge when shipping was quoted as free. Poor customer service and no communication. Horrible online sales company

Do NOT buy from this business. I originally ordered a $4k pull out sofa in August which was supposed to be delivered by the early Oct. The end of September they informed me that sofa is no longer in production - 1 MONTH LATER!!! I ordered a different sofa and they stated it would be delivered by mid-November - before Thanksgiving as I needed it for guests. On Nov 15th I reached out to them. They told me the fabric I ordered was out of stock and the sofa hadn't even been produced. THEY HADN'T EVEN CONTACTED ME!!! They promise... read more
