I didn't have an issue until 3 days before my wedding. They called the say they scheduled to deliver telling me my tent was dirty and they were going to clean it and deliver the next day. Friday came around and they showed up, had half the wrong sized equipment for my tent. The crew left and didn't come back for 8 hours and showed up with a completely different crew who thought they were done. Please stay far away from this business, canceled an order for a wedding, with only 4 weeks to now find a rental elsewhere, save yourself the head ache, this company is clueless when it comes to customer service, and how to conduct a business. What they are doing to all of these people and leaving them empty handed with such short notice, I sincerely hope it drives this company out of business, to save any future customers the headache and un-needed stress. They cancelled on my sister a month before her wedding after having booked with them over a year ago. The email they sent was similar to an Etsy store apologizing for sending the wrong t-shirt. No follow up communication we have been left helping my sister scramble for a new tent provider, an unnecessary added stress for her wedding. Stay away if you value your mental health.

Booked a tent, tables, and chairs for my wedding back in March. My wedding is in the beginning of September and they said they could no longer complete my order. Mind you this was emailed to me, the only reason I looked at my email was totally by chance. No phone call or anything, just an email that could’ve been unseen until day of. Disgusted… I know it’s not the employees fault, but a review of how poorly this company is ran, to warn others I thought was in order. I booked a tent, tables, and chairs back in January, and was informed they wouldn’t be able to complete my reservation, mind you it is now 34 days before my wedding, all tent places are booked solid with no where to turn. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
