I received the full dimension color package for my birthday. I went through with this service mainly because of Instagram videos of colors that she had done, she did a really good job on my blow out during color consultation, and she has a charming/friendly personality. Although my friends who are from Baltimore told me not to pay over $800 for the service, I went anyway thinking I was getting a luxury experience. I struggled with how to approach giving this feedback in a loving manner, both in person and through Google. But the facts are what they are. My daughters’ appointment was at 2:30pm yesterday. We waited a full hour to be seen with no acknowledgement or apology of the delay. We waited upstairs where there was a refrigerator full of drinks. No offer to make yourself comfortable and have a beverage while you wait. This was my daughters first time and basically no customer service was offered.
