Amazing. Brought my 4yr old Volkswagen T Cross in for a routine service. It’d felt sluggish and jittery for a while now. But usually after every service it would be a bit better but still just really gritty. After inspection I thought the quote was a bit high but Andre explained that parts needed replacement so I took a leap of faith and man. What a difference. Feels brand new again. That jut it does is gone and isn’t sluggish at all anymore. Also cleaned my car! What a man.
They are straight to the point and communicate clearly about what needs to get done. They are up front with recommendations on what needs to get done to fix or service your vehicle and don't try to sell you anything else past that. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Savvas Automotive definitely deserves a 5-star rating. They’re genuine Volvo specialists, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Andre and Justin were honest, professional, and really know their stuff. They took the time to properly diagnose the issues, showed me exactly what needed attention, and explained everything clearly. I took my Volvo V40 to Savvas Automotive Service for a repair, and Andre and Justin did an outstanding job. They fixed the issue earlier than promised and in the most cost-effective way. On top of that, they carried out a full inspection of my car, clearly explaining which repairs were urgent and which could be done later. They even showed me directly on the vehicle which parts had been repaired or replaced, which I really appreciated. Excellent communication, honest service, and high-quality workmanship. Highly recommended!
After so many years of terrible experiences with mechanics being non-transparent, charging arbitrary amounts with no communication prior to collection and never feeling as though any issues were entirely solved I got recommended Andre (and Justin) at Savvas.
