Dog shit and fur in the laundry machines, mold, bedbugs & roaches, leaks in walls/ceilings, lack of management (none basically) smells like weed and dog... horrible renovations, walls open up, paint melts off the walls and just more BS
They never came to fix anything even after multiple maintenance forms were filled out and handed in. They did nothing but put some gel down for a cockroach problem and then when it didn't work they never went further to try and get rid of the issue. They cut a giant hole under the bathroom sink to fix a pipe and then never fixed the hole, just left it there for months. It was good for the first few years. Then it all just fell apart after new management took over.
Units are clean and spacious. Huge balconies. Fellow residents of the building aren't problematic. No bug problem in the 2 years I lived here. Management is nice and non invasive. Thankfully I never had much issue and only had to call for help with the water once and they were prompt. A pet friendly community that's pretty relaxed. There is a gas station, 24/7 hasty market, pizza place, nail salon, diner, walk in clinic, and dispensary a few steps from the building. It's a 5 minute drive to Dundas or Ancaster.
