Management is extremely rude and has no idea what they’re doing. Nothing gets handled properly. Water shutoffs happen almost every week, and now power outages are part of the routine too. It’s a complete mess—avoid at all costs.
03/06/26 final update: a month before we move out of this awful building, we get bed bugs.. what an awesome parting gift from the building from hell. I will be contacting the city to ensure the entire process is done properly and to code since they usually hire the worst of the worst starting in the office. I cannot wait to move out. 01/22/26 update: If someone parks in your spot that you paid for. Or in my case, parks infront of you, the building will not tow the vehicle, even though you cannot leave for work. Even if you call Lorraine, shes wont do anything as per usual. She's honestly the worst manager of a building. The apartment is full of cockroaches, and one day when it was windy outside, the protective iron railing of the balcony fell. The smells are bad, the washing machines are full of dirt, and the management is uncooperative.
Avoid at all costs , cockroaches all over building which they lie about . Place smells of cat piss in hall ways . No one in office is of any use . New kid in charge is worse then last by far . Avoid at all costs . Tenants need a rent strike in this building .Lorraine should be in charge not this clown
