Avoid this company like the plague, especially on the residential side. Look for another company that operates with integrity.
Oof! Was shown a place and ready to submit all ppwk next day, had funding showing enough for at minimum 3 years currently in account, etc. but then when we went to submit our LOI the property owners decided they didn’t like our business. Now we’ve opened in a new place and their spot still sits empty. Weird they’d even show us and lead us on if they didn’t talk with property owners first. Regardless, don’t recommend.
