I loved living here at first but getting anything done takes a fortnight or more. I could call everyday and email them everyday but no one emails or calls back. They are either understaff or just working out of their depth because they desperately need to get better management. If something needs to get done but someone is on vacay you would have to wait a week for it to even talk to the right person and then even after that you have to wait another week or more to even have it handled. Relatively new, central location. A bit pricey. Poorly kept.
A 5 star experience. Lived here for 1 year with Gina as my property manager. She's polite, professional and made sure I felt right at home. Savoy Place is newly developed, modern, clean and the neighborhood is overall quiet. The property feels more like a hotel than an apartment to me, which I enjoyed. Word of advice: If you move in, please keep things clean. Gina does a lot to make sure we are happy and that the property stays pleasant to the eyes. Pick up after any pets or any trash you have.
