Disorganized, unprofessional, and overcharged for services. Contract in November 2021 said 30 days to complete survey. We called several times to see where we were in the process. In March 2022 we finally got the survey. Meanwhile, he missed placed our paperwork several times and acted like he didn’t know who we were when we called. Contract gave a range of price and we were charged the maximum price on the range even though he did the minimum job with a lot of coaxing and prompting.
