New to the area and would move here in a heartbeat but carpet? Didn’t even consider making some units without carpet? I only ask because there are many people out there who would pay for no carpet. As someone would cannot have carpet in their home (or live in older buildings) the options are a small handful. Yes carpet is cheaper, but only for the initial cost. You guys are gonna pay way more in the long run constantly having to replace it though.
Have no complaints. Overall ok experience would make one suggestion in the building with no elevator rugs need to be in both the front and back entrance. During winter storms with no back entrance rug could be a hazard
Literally the worst place I have ever lived. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Building was not maintained, there was constantly garbage and food scattered in the hallway and it always stunk. Unless you are in the main building, they do not care. And if you have any pets, you will be looking at a very hefty move out fee. We were charged to repaint the ceiling?? I would like to warn any future renters at Savoy At The Streets of West Chester to either look elsewhere or take significant photos of your unit prior to moving out. My wife and I had a six month lease and we were told there had been new carpet installed prior to our move in. We only stayed onsite for five months while our new home was being built and closed on.
