Very rude, and liar managers work here.. so dirty and very old laundry, heater, never work AC ......
I have to agree with the other reviewers. My living experience at the Savoy now is nothing like it was in years past: 1) Crime has sky-rocketed. My vehicle has been vandalized multiple times, a key was broken off in my door lock and the mail boxes are forever being ripped apart by thieves. There have been armed assaults in the vicinity as well. No security. 2) No courtesy package acceptance.
