I bought some pure peppermint extract from you guys almost 2 years ago. I use it to make glycerine mint soap, and (since I don't have air conditioning in my home) I take a spray bottle and fill it with water and the peppermint (about 5-10 drops). If I feel over heated, I just spray myself and my temperature seems to drop. I am comfortable the whole day. I also put about 10 drops in my warm bath water when it was over 100 degrees outside.
