We had a fantastic experience at Savor Cookeville. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very relaxed and reminds me of the general feel of Cookeville. During our visit, we ordered two appetizers. Fried green tomatoes and fried pickles were our choice and both were obviously made in house. Both were seasoned perfectly and delicious. This place was so quaint and cute. I loved the vibe and everyone was so dang nice! I got the Black and Blu burger, "which was absolutely incredible," and My partner got the Strawberry pecan salad! She also said it was absolutely the bomb! The homestyle chips were the reason I came and I can't wait to come back to get more along to try everything else! Thanks for making it a great birthday!
Our server, Jenny K, was awesome. She was very attentive. Now, let's get to the food.... We had grit puppies and fried green tomatoes. I have never had grit puppies before, but WOW, they were absolutely amazing. The fried green tomatoes were delicious. Our group had the Sante Fe chicken sandwich, black and Bleu burger and half sandwich (reuben) with a cup of soup. Everything was wonderful. My husband and I are new to this area and it was nice to find a restaurant that we really love. Can't wait to go back.
I'm 56 yrs old and actually have no teeth, but the steak sliders I got from here was the best I've ever ate in my entire life!! So now y'all know where to get some awesome steak 🥩 They need to make it a little cooler in there besides that, it was a good restaurant
