Do not take care of rental property – I rented a house from Savoie Realty and these people are crooks at best. They will not fix anything in the house, but will give every excuse in the book as to why their maintenance man has not showed up yet. We lived at 127 Dijon Dr for 2 years and basically put up with their crap because I am military and move every 3 years anyway so I didn't want to have to move unless I had to.
