Went to look at a rental house was told they would email the application for the rental. I never received it and when I called I was told there was a glitch in their system but the house has been rented and is no longer available. I think it was the fact that I was black

Doesn't even deserve a 1!! I realized it was only like a weeks notice. I did let them know I would like my deposit back due to them not holding up to there end of the lease either. I was on the phone with savior when Richard let them know how nice I had left the apartment and was thanked for that. Then I receive a call today from Savior letting me know they would prorate the rent and charge me for the days till it was rented. Also to replace a window and a lock that I used a crow bar on. Horrible people to rent from. Seem like they would keep this place and property up in the beginning. I was wrong about this. I thought in the state of Louisiana they needed to give you a notice when they would go into your apartment. Truth is they will go in anytime they want to. Not sure really what for because nothing was ever fixed but one light, and when this was done maintenance happened to be there when I was home for my lunch break. Everything was going fine until I went to meet to look at the house and look like soon as the guy seen I was a black person they had no interest in going through with the next process seems like such discrimination and racism just because I am black doesn’t mean I’m not a good tenant nor a positive person share this everyone needs to see this
This company recently took over managing an entire apartment complex, and Houma, and systematically in the course of two weeks throwing everybody out and giving them five days to move! Leaving families children pets on the streets! I am truly truly disgusted how these people do business! It makes me sick to my stomach to think that they would use the name Savior in such a way, where the real Savior Is probably completely ashamed of how they operate!
