I’ve been seeing Dr. D’Souza for a little over a year now and have been very happy with my care. He listens and offers solutions. Just had my second round of RFA yesterday and hope to have relief again on my back soon. I recommend him highly for those that are looking for someone to help with their back pain.
Dr Savio D’Souza is an amazing neck and back pain management Physician. Rey knowledge or trends, treatments, and what works. I highly recommend his expertise and care.

Was recommended from a top nuerosugeon. Drove 45miles one way & arrived an hour early, checked in & stared filling out paperwork. Before I could finish He saw me, answered all questions and really listened to me about my knee pain burning & leg burning. Did a procedure in same visit ( very comfortable and soft hands, felt no discomfort & ordered an X-ray of knee same day. Will definitely go back for more procedures. A number one!!!!!
Dr. D'Souza is helping me with lumbar spine pain from arthritis as well as stenosis and bulging discs. He has administered nerve blocks with steroids and several nerve ablation procedures. He is caring, listens, and has gentle hands. He has helped me so much. He is honest and trustworthy. His office staff is wonderful, always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Dr. D'Souza.
After 23 days in pain and 48 hours without sleep ( bad sciatica crisis). Dr Savio was straight to the point and treat me with an epidural injection. The pain is gone, just wokeup after 7 hourssleep. He really knows his staff. God bless his hands!! Extremely recommended!
I was scheduled by this terrible staff with Dr D Sauza , before I made the appointment I asked if he would do nerve block for bladder pain and I was told yes, so I went over 25 miles one way for nothing Very rude receptionist told me no he doesn’t do this and did not apologize or nothing, Bad place , even if Dr did this Procedure I would not trust this horrible place
My regular spine doctor is out of town, this was a follow-up visit also, due to some excess pain I was having. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I got in to see him. No problem. I got some injections for the pain and the swelling. I would recommend him to my friends
Excellent staff. Dr S is very kind,caring and listens. Discusses treatment plan thoroughly.
