I waited my eta time 11:00am-3:00pm. The technician never came or called until I contacted another number. He then tells me I will be there tomorrow at 10:00am. I told him it is getting cold tonight and he said " YOU WON'T FREEZE!"🥶 BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NOT BE WAITING ON HIM TOMORROW. Filed home warranty claim. First contractor from some other company was no call no show for 2 appointments in a row. I called home warranty to get a new contractor assigned. Savings HVAC called next day. Scheduled appointment. Technician arrived on time, called before arriving to let me know he will arrive in 20 min. Was here maybe 30, 40 minutes max.
