This is by far the worst agency to work with I am a nurse and have been in Home Health for 13 years. I have a PPO insurance and they are denying accepting me telling me that they don’t accept my insurance because they don’t understand that Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO you can use either Blue Cross or you can use Blue Shield.
