Gratuitous emails that they bill you for. They don't keep you updated when it matters or when you're invested in the case, then suddenly it is ending and they try to bill as much as possible. I'm not convinced it takes over half an hour to copy a template and inaccurately change a few of the details. They wanted me to go to trial even though it would not have helped so they could bill for that.
