Horrible property management. Building is full is absestos and mold, but they won't tell you that. Superintendents don't know what their doing. Sewage floods often, regular floods often. They don't give a shit about their tenants and will flip tenants apartments with a 1 day turn over. Goodluck getting anything fixed. Building reeks of cigarettes and they have an illegal off leash park where the dogs will run after you and your children.
