Terrible company. Completely disorganized. Every supervisor will tell you to do something differently than the last one, and it's treated as your fault every single time. Many times I'd have a call with someone going through some of the worst medical situations of their lives, and I'd place them on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time, because my supervisor refused to answer a question or just wasn't looking at their messages. This was and from the look of will be one of the worst company to work for. It is really sad. They let go almost everyone that trained with me just a horrible horrible company and the so called owner doesn’t bother to reach out to you after having such a bad experience. I worked there and the only good thing was working from home! The serious lack of communication and care as well as respect!
