Do not book here!!! On maps they say they are opened, but I just stood outside in the rain for 10 minutes knocking and there were people inside ignoring me!! 1:20 pm 4.12.26 for a 20 minute appointment. Also I did a PRE-PAID reservation that I had to go through the effort of cancelling without fees. Also not to mention their store number goes straight to voicemail, and the number provided to confirm the appointment via text did not reply. Very disappointing, I was genuinely excited for the experience.
I booked with Paige from Savi Skin in Rowlett through ClassPass, only to show up and her business no longer be at the location listed. I followed all the instructions listed on ClassPass, and after a few minutes of waiting I called and the number is out of service. Luckily, ClassPass provided me back the credits I spent on the appointment after contacting them. I would not recommend booking here - the location does not exist and there is no communication from the owner. Don't waste your time/money.
I haven’t had the time to see Paige in a while but used to go to her regularly. She is SO SWEET and I always felt so amazing after my facials.
