1 star for food and service, 30 minutes to fry up potatoes and toast a bagel is silly, wasn’t remotely busy and I can see why. I would think you’d at least smear my cream cheese after that wait lol. Do better, never been impressed with Savi, any time of day. 3 stars for atmosphere, since there wasn’t any to really mess up.

Poor customer service. I bought a store made tuna sandwich and the minute I took my first bite it was SOUR and you could tell the bread was soggy and wet. I asked to see if I could exchange since I only had a 30 minute break, and it already takes about 10 minutes to walk there. I was promptly told no because the packaging was already open and that there was nothing to do. I did explain the food but he ended it with that it was already open. My guy wanted a latte while we were in the neighborhood. I wish I had smelled his coffee before he drank it. After halfway done he started feeling nauseous and threw up the latte. After smelling his drink I told him the milk smelled like it had turned very recently. Never getting a latte here again.
As a vegetarian I was excited to try the quinoa bowl. The presentation was there, but it did not taste good at all. The citrus curry dressing was bland and the entire bowl was a fail.
