For the last several months the drive thru hasn’t been open.. intermittently (every time I go) sigh. Heard it’s because of staffing but at least put a sign there when service isn’t available!

Good sandwiches. It’s nothing fancy and I’m sure the poor reviews are legitimate, but it’s the closest thing we have to a bodega and again sandwiches are solid. I’ve always had great service no lines and quick turnaround.

I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and I received what seemed like a side salad with whatever leftover ingredients they had in the kitchen, but it was definitely not any version of a Caesar salad… pretty disappointing. Cool shop, though.

I have been here multiple times where they upcharge/double charge me for the items bought and are unapologetic. The fact that it keeps happening makes me think it may not be an accident. Make sure you ask for a receipt every time, they are frequently unable to provide it.

This used to be our go-to Saturday lunch place. Two bad experiences in a row have taken it off that list. First, we ordered three sandwiches, were billed for three sandwiches, and received two. Second time, we placed an order via Ritual that was taking a long time to confirm, so we called the restaurant. They said their connection was off, they'd check and call us back. 15 minutes later, no call back.
