The assortment of possible items seems to find it's limits only at fresh food, Clean lawn furniture, pornographic media, and beds. This list was hastily composed drawing from my experience at a San Jose, CA location. Canada and Australial might be less Puritanical about naked pictures. But seriously, used clothing may be what you think of when someone mentions a thrift store, but check the furniture and electronics sections regularly for unique and vintage pieces.
I'd shopped Savers in San Jose & liked it, especially the variety of items. I like the Dublin store even better. Have found some amazing things there!
A great place for donating clothes that the kids have outgrown, or household items that are surplus to requirements when moving house. Very friendly staff at the donation center.
