I've been spending my days studying how pricing @thrift stores works. I've been looking for random items that are 10$ or so then I remove the tag & when I Express I want to purchase the item with NO TAG savers thrift store Re-price the items 3-5$ more then the original tag price I've been testing this for years and I go to different locations..if you are curious about am item or it's pricing methods you should try it out and ask questions ... Racist upper management!!! Can’t say I’m sorry this store is closing. Too bad I can’t give it negative stars.
Worst customer service ever. I found an ornament I wanted with no price tag. I asked a sales associate if it could be priced. I was told I needed to get into a check out line and the cashier would price it. After standing in line I finally got up to the cashier only to be told.it couldn't be priced because of "policy". When I left, I called back to talk to the manager who was rude. Her quote was "you couldn't have talked to an associate because they were all on break". Really? All of them at the same time? The employees were friendly and the store was clean. I'm from southern California and it was very nice to see a Savers out here! I also had my Savers card and got a discount! 3 shirts for $6.00!!
I will NEVER donate nor spend a single dime in that store.
