I've been a regular customer for years now and we purchase lots of books. This past week we went into the store and the cashier tried to over charge us for a children's chapter book. We have always paid 1.79 for those...the manager or whomever the lady was that fixed the price tried to tell me that its 1.79 for children's chapter books for kids 6 and under lol... Excuse me?
I dnt no who prices the stuff at savers but it is ridiculous its very high come on a used little boy shirt 10 dollars u can buy em cheaper at jcpennys this store is all about getting rich. Used entertainment center 250.00 really when they first open prices were great but not now this store suppose to b helpin people its not at all very disappointed
There was a young lady who is blond and about 5 foot 4 who went over and above customer service to help me today. The manager on duty just shrugged off my request and I say you need more workers like her. I do understand rules and for six years I have been in that store almost weekly. Most employees there know me on sight. (I DON'T KNOW HER NAME BUT I WILL FIND OUT AND POST AGAIN.) This is my way of saying Thank You.

Items that sell at the same price all year and then 2 weeks before Christmas you Mark those items up is not right ! Shame on you savers !!!!!!! Lost a customer!! Especially toys ! Items that sell really well , Mark them up during the holidays! Greed !!!!@
Out of town on my husbands deployment, I call them and ask them to hold a costume, 2 people tell me ok. Sent my sister to pick up the same day and they tell her they don't do holds. I call a manager to tell what happened, not even an apology. Said he will talk to his workers. Never shopping there again.
