I have been shopping at and donating to this Savers for years. Three days ago I made a purchase, and as we all are aware of, after Covid, we are no longer allowed to try on items. I got the specific items home and found they did not fit. I’m aware that Savers has an exchange policy. You must have all the tags attached and return the items within 14 days with the receipt. It is extremely busy on Mondays. Line wraps around the store.
Mary Ann was so pleasant and VERY HELPFUL i appreciate her being here at the Store and helpful towards EVERY single person despite the annoying customers being a pain she is such an angel and i wish her nothing but lovely things and a promotion she deserves it 100%!
Another store getting overpriced. Your items are donated. No reason a used toy should be almost the price it was new.
