I, like another customer had indicated here, sent emails with diagrams and detailed requirements for an order and this company just simply doesn't want my business. I needed 14 heavy duty steel trusses and over 10,000 ft² of roofing material. I wanted to do business locally, however, they must have more money or more business than they need. Maybe it's time to retire! Thoroughly disappointed.
