Excellent company. Nick did exactly what he said he would do. They stopped my foreclosure sale, I got to live in my home for an extra 4 months. I unfortunately did not qualify for a loan modification. Although, I was excited to hear that I could short sale my house, wouldn't owe the bank any money and I got back $10,000 at closing!
