I visited the store to take an embroidery class and was wow’d by the Portland team! the knowledge of every single person was outstanding...easy to understand why so many people trust and learn from them!
Bri (and the entire crew) were just awesome to work with from the day we came in looking for 'information' to over a year and a half later when I was able to purchase my new machine. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.
I have bought 2 embroidery machines, a serger and a vacuum cleaner. They are awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I have to say, the people at the Portland store are fantastic.I stop in many times in a month for help learning my new machine or embroidery problems and they are always smiling and willing to spend as much time with me as I need...Over and Over again..you will always have my business...
