RecommendedI was on my way home to Virginia, driving on 195 west when the tire pressure light came on in my car..I got off on Route 9 and stopped at an Exxon station..He recommended SAVE ON AUTO SERVICE which was just down the road a bit..I got there and told Mike, the owner my situation..He immediately had his technician check all of the tires.They were down 5 lbs each, due to change of air temperature..His technician put air in and then took the car for a ride and checked them again when he came back..All was ok..When I asked for the... read more

A great big Thank you Evelyn & Mike! My car is back to perfect! I needed tires, shocks, alignment, oil change & a few other things done. They gave me an extremely reasonable price & was able to schedule me the very next morning. I dropped my car in the morning & they had it done & ready to be picked up the same afternoon. Very honest & reliable family owned business. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!
After my car would not start, it was determined that I needed a new battery. To make matters worse, I needed my car to be a reliable transportation for my family to attend my father in-law's wake and funeral in North Jersey. After explaining my situation to the owners Mike and Evelyn, they told me to bring my car right in. We were up in New Jersey from Florida on vacation and had problems with our car. Our nephew Marty Coyle suggested we see Mike at Save On Auto in Howell and we found him to be very honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and reliable. He scanned the car on the computer, found the problem and had the parts in stock to fix it right away. While we were there we also had a problem with our trunk release and brought it over to him.
