Roger, our tech, was great. He was on time, knowledgeable, went right to work and got our sprinkler system up and running. He went section by section, adjusting so the individual heads covered the optimum area. When one section didn't have enough seem to have enough pressure, he found a leak that extended under the driveway. If not corrected, it would have eventually caused major damage to the driveway and lots of money lost for water that would not benefit anything. All was done very reasonably and in one day. We were on a tight timeline due to an upcoming sod installation. Save My Sprinklers was able to fit us in when everyone else was booked for weeks. Roger showed up and immediately got to work. He identified our issue within 15 minutes. Shortly after our zone was working again. He even adjusted the sprinkler heads to adequately cover the entire area. Will definitely use Save My Sprinklers in the future.
I contacted Save My Sprinklers for a couple of reasons. One, the obvious thing, there's a good record of reviews. Two, it's a small business, relatively young. I like to support small business as I too own one. Alexandria, the owner, provided a lot of information when I first called her so expectations were understood from the start.
