I had an eye opening session with Norma yesterday and the shift inside was instantaneous. Last night I had trippy dreams confirming what her and I journeyed through, and I feel much more settled and “whole” today. LOVE the way Norma’s able to point out all of my protector aspects and really see ME. It felt very loving and safe to me. Highly recommend! Thank you

I’ve been putting off leaving a review because I couldn’t come up with the ‘right’ words to express what these sessions with Norma have done for me. I’ve seen Norma for a year and a half now and I’m so grateful for the progress I have made in this short time, and I look forward progressing even more with her help in the future. This is an updated review. I worked with Norma from May 2022 to March 2024, nearly two full years. In the beginning, she was responsive, caring, and made an effort to be available between sessions. I appreciated that she wanted to help. And early on, she did offer support that felt meaningful. But as time went on, and especially during a vulnerable period while I was dating someone who activated old wounds and I was in a lot of pain, I began to see the limits of her capacity—and her alignment. I highly recommend working with Norma of you are looking for someone who is professionally competent at guiding you through the process of dealing with severe childhood trauma, and also highly compassionate, which in my experience isn’t always a given (even though you’d expect that in the field of self-development). 10/10 for me.
