I have been working with Norma for almost a year now, since June of 2024 and I have this say that working with her has been the most transformative experience of my life. This is an update review. I worked with Norma from May 2022 to March 2024, nearly two full years. In the beginning, she was responsive, caring, and made an effort to be available between sessions. I appreciated that she wanted to help. And early on, she did offer support that felt meaningful. But as time went on, and especially during a vulnerable period while I was dating someone who activated old wounds and I was in a lot of pain, I began to see the limits of her capacity—and her alignment. I’ve worked with Norma several times and absolutely love her compassionate and nurturing presence. She gently guides me to the root of the issue so that I can become fully aware of what patterns or thoughts or beliefs I have been holding. And she works with me to find resolve but only when I feel ready, she never pressures me to make a move unless I am fully on board. Her kindness and patience and presence is so valuable in this kind of work.
Norma has a gift to make you feel seen. Heard. Supported on your journey (particularly when it can feels quite difficult and lonely). So much gratitude <3
