Quoted me literally 10x more for a repair compared to what I paid elsewhere (not exaggerating, an order of magnitude more expensive). Would recommend shopping around before going with Save Home Heat to make sure you're comfortable with a hefty price tag.

Set the alarm, blocked off the morning, and walked the salesperson through the job: I wanted a Lennox HRV, gave him the specific model I had in mind, and told him twice the 120V circuit was already run with the breaker in place and Romex pulled within 3 feet of the mount location.
