Manipulative, dishonest and rude. Terrible place. Please don't go there. I had to sell my car because of these guys. They fixes something and damages other part, so you have to keep going there. I replaced my brakes and ABS light showed up. Then with in a week breaks started making loud grinding noise and I went back and they replaced caliper and charged me extra $1000 and check engine light turned on.
I never write a bad review for auto service or any kind of services. This is a horrible place. I had a very bad experience at this location. For smog check they can charge you $750! They are dishonest people. They are extremely over charge you. I will never go back this place!
Needed a smog check on a car I just bought and didn't realize the check engine light was on. Well they proceeded with the smog check and the guy rung me up and said it passed the test and charged me full price. I came back after reading the paperwork in my car asking about why it failed and then he finally looks at it and mentions oh sorry your check engine light was on so it can't pass... only ran the test to take my money what a shady business..
Dishonest. Will upsell overpriced repairs that you don't really need when you come in for oil change or small repair. Charged me $575 for 3 hours labor! $191 per hour! Also uses cheap parts and remanufactured parts without telling you. Has no respect for your car. Damaged my front bumper and chipped my car paint, too.
