I did BLS with Sajeen today. I have done BLS more than 5-10 times before however the way Sajeen explained everything was so engaging and I walked away with many new insights. He is incredibly knowledgable and runs the program efficiently, yet in depth. I hope to sign up for his class every year that I have to recertify.
Unprofessional and unethical business practices here unfortunately. I signed up for a first aid course over a month in advance of the start date. It was at a convenient location near where I live in Cambridge. One day before the course is scheduled to start, I was notified that the course had moved locations due to low enrolment.
