I had my recertification for first aid and cpr + AED here. My instructor was Judy and for the first time I can say I am actually comfortable and confident in my cpr knowledge. She taught me important things that I wasn’t taught in my previous original certification. During our training she shared many personal experiences and stories that provided us with real life applications and I could tell that she was a seasoned cpr instructor. I completed my recertification course for first aid, CPR and AED with Jody and I can honestly say that I feel much more confident after her course than I did with my previous certificication. Jody has a lot of real world experience and explained everything in a way that helped me understand what she was teaching. She engaged with the group in a way I haven't experienced before. I truly cannot recomend her enough. 11/10.
This place is terrible. I scheduled a lesson for my babysitting course and at first it was fine. I had to reschedule and every time they charge me 30 bucks every time and I did it within the time frame, that they gave me. But they would take six days to actually find out that I rescheduled so they just kept adding on fees and I ended up having to pay $175 for this course. I called the place for them to give me back my money because I followed the rules and they didn’t give my money back. And I find out while going through my... read more
