Have used this service since it was Arbor Experts. When it was locally owned, it was a very quality service, reliable, and trustworthy. Since being sold to SavATree, every aspect that matters has degraded in quality and trustworthiness. Not to zero. But, read your quotes very carefully, and compare them to everyone else. Then carefully inspect the work they did to ensure it completely matches the quote. Discrepancies will not be remediated in order to ensure customer satisfaction, once they've driven off your property.

In 2024, I hired Save A Tree to treat my ash tree and paid the invoice in full. I never signed a contract or agreed to recurring annual treatments. On June 25, 2026, while I was at work, the company returned and treated my tree without contacting me or obtaining my permission. I only learned about the service after receiving an invoice for $402.06. Had they contacted me beforehand, I would have declined because I cannot afford the service.
