Unfortunately I was out of town due to family emergency. SavATree came as scheduled and treated both of my Red Oak trees. They left a detailed report for me, which I appreciated.
After a few hiccups Chris made it right, it took a little time, but it was done correctly. They are very professional and know what their doing. My tree was 100 years old. (5 stories tall!) I hated to lose it, but a lot of hangers over my house!
