Andrew and his Save-A-Tree team were exceptional and professional. They did a large amount of work in our yard, removing frost damaged palm trees including the complicated removal of giant forty year old Bird of Paradise that was killed in the freeze. Andrew anticipated navigating around a fence, accessing the roots through a neighbors yard and advised us to have utilities marked to avoid any issues. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Save A Tree.... if I could leave zero stars I would. The representative who came to evaluate my tree never conducted what I would consider a proper inspection. He did not even get close to the tree—staying what I estimate was well over 50 feet away—yet immediately told me the tree was dead. Within moments, he was giving me an estimate $$$$$$ to remove it. He even told me it would be "immoral" to try to treat the tree, which left me feeling upset and discouraged. Before lea... read more
