As a fitness instructor, I am prone to frequent soreness. 15 minutes in the tub with these magical salts, and voila - So. Much. Better.
I love this stuff! I've been looking for a good recover product after my yoga workouts and something for my hard lifting days at the gym. I think the best time of the day to get full use of the benefits is in the evening. My sculpt classes are at 5pm or sometimes 7pm. I skip the shower and head home and get the bath ready instead. It's good for letting go of the days stress too! I bought mine off the the Savasana webpage but really hope I can find this at Core Power or Target soon.
