this place is awful. they need to understand appointment management. i feel like they make an appointment for everyone at the same time and they get backed up. my appointment was at 11:10am and it’s already 12:04pm. about 4 people in front of me. on top of that, the front desk is rude. she expects us to know what the next move is. she asked what my moms las name was and she needed to pee in a cup. my mom is a dialysis patient. she cannot pee. i stood there for 2 minutes and she gave me an attitude and said “well she’s alread... read more

I would give negative zero stars if I could this place needs to be closed down! They are liars they falsify records they mix up their patients say they have already seen you and haven’t.I had an appointment I went they told me I had a phone appointment 2 days prior and they talked to me My phone was not in service that day I have no clue who they spoke with wrong patient and not my appointment date…but for one I had an in person appointment I had the proof on my phone because of the text reminder before appointments..and bas... read more

I was referred to savas health (chiropractor) due to my lower back and neck pain, i've been at this clinic several times but haven't seen any improvement, my pain went from a 4 to an 8, i was hoping to get a manual adjustment but instead i get treated with a clicker, which doesn't do anything for me, my last session only lasted 2 minutes and they told me i will only be treated twice a month.
