9 clinics, 7k patients and you can’t get ahold of anyone of substance. Name changed again, open 7 days a week they over promise and under provide. Every month seems to bring a new challenge just to get prescriptions filled. 7k patients dependent on pain meds and the follow thru on the clinics part is severely lacking. After reading their response I had to add that I indeed filed grievances with both LifeKind/Savas/Summit and IEHP. They never answer the phone. All options on the phone don’t work. I get calls for my appointment confirmation and they never leave a voicemail. They tried to stop seeing me because I wasn’t part of their pain management program. They never want to schedule me. Unfortunately they are the only ones in the Hemet San Jacinto area.
Zach The, medical assistant at Savas in San Jacinto was wonderful! Katie, the physician there was so kind and efficient. My son was having some difficulty with the pharmacist. Zach took all the information spoke with the provider and the provider made it a priority to take care of his situation.. They were very kind
