My review is specifically about the office. I've never had a more difficult time getting hold of someone to talk about appointments, or reschedule. What medical office sends you to voicemail at 9:20 in the morning, when they should be answering phones and if busy, putting you on hold, and then getting back to you within a few minutes to deal with your appointment need. The lady with the bun at the front desk, Jill, right when you walk in, is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. The employees here are embarrassed of her, loud, yelling, getting real rude with patients, chasing them out of the office with an attitude acting like the patient did something wrong when simply explaining something. She is not an asset to this company, she should be evaluated as soon as possible.

9 clinics, 7k patients and you can’t get ahold of anyone of substance. Name changed again, open 7 days a week they over promise and under provide. Every month seems to bring a new challenge just to get prescriptions filled. 7k patients dependent on pain meds and the follow thru on the clinics part is severely lacking. After reading their response I had to add that I indeed filed grievances with both LifeKind/Savas/Summit and IEHP.
