Savaria is one of the worst companies ! I have called them to come to see why my elevators doesn't work during the winter days they said we need to oil it. They charged my credit card $775 but the work didn't even happen. :(
Had the chance of working with savaria . Matthew has been amazing along with the team always prompt with responding , professional and knowledgeable.
The installers finally repaired our lift took over 8 months! All over a misadjusted limit switch from the factory. Apparently the technician with the installers (101 Mobility, who are very good ) has follow Savaria’s instructions. Savaria’s finally sent a representative who repaired the limits and now the lift has worked properly for the last several months! Terrible company to deal with. Wheelchair van is only 5 years old and so many problems with it. Below the ramp collects water. You can hear it sloshing around. Someone clearly missed a step, they didn't put in drainage so the water could escape. There's no sealing on the ramp door. Just metal on metal. Whoever personally converted this van did an absolute shoddy job. Whole bottom of van is going to rust out. Was my first wheelchair van and I didn't know any better.
