Purchased a Garaventa Lift, which was installed in our home summer 2023. Its first breakdown was six months later, but Savaria does not stand behind their product, and since the 3-month warranty was over, it would have cost hundreds just to get a technician to look at it. The product has broken down many times since; it has been a constant source of frustration to us and our 10-year-old daughter who needs to use it every day.
