Absolutely the worst elevator/lift company. Product is dangerous in its design and the company doesnt stand behind their product.
Ripping up the contract! Pathetic service!!
We bought a Savaria wheelchair lift, brand new from a local dealer in 2020 and it has been nothing but headaches and non functioning, hassle....numerous times a year. The people who installd it seem to have little knowledge on how to service or fix any issues without calling customer support. Highly disappointed in paying so much for something my handicap child needs on a daily basis to move through all 3 levels of our home... and it doesn't work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Unfortunately we have worked with their supplier,FLorida Lifts, and we have had the worst possible customer service, with no responses to phone calls or texts after payments were made.
