Had an amazing experience with Asha ma’am! She did such a beautiful job colouring my hair and gave me a perfect blow dry. My hair looks so smooth, shiny, and full of life now. Absolutely loved her work and the way she handled everything so patiently. Highly recommend her!
I had a really bad experience at this salon. The staff seemed unprofessional and not very welcoming. On top of that, the hygiene level was poor, and the tools didn’t seem properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
Bad experience
I went to this salon with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t listen carefully to what I wanted, and the final result was completely different from what I asked for. The customer service was poor — no effort to make me feel comfortable or valued. The place also didn’t look very clean or organized. For the price I paid, I definitely expected much better quality and professionalism. I won’t be returning.
"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent haircut experience. The staff seemed inexperienced and didn't listen to my instructions at all. To make matters worse, they completely ignored how I wanted my hair cut, and I ended up with a style I didn't ask for. It's frustrating that even after the mistake, I was still charged the full amount. I left feeling very unhappy and disappointed." I will never visit again. ❌
