Excellent customer service.
Kevin, “the owner” a very rude person. He was pissed off because he had to come to my property twice today. He didn’t give me an exact time so it was hard for me to be there the first time, only 5-10 mins notice. I asked him why the bad attitude that it was not my fault that he shouldn’t talk to his customers that way. he responded that he didn’t need me as his customer.
